As the Senior Manager of Talent Brand at American Family Insurance, you will help build and shape a new, enterprise-wide focus on our talent brand. In this newly established area, you will work with the IE & Talent Director to bring to life our enterprise talent brand and employee lifecycle strategy. You will be the architect of our employer reputation, shaping and amplifying the story of what it's like to work at AmFam, and influencing the entire employee journey-from a candidate's first impression to a valued alum. Reporting to the IE & Talent Director, you will be a key leader in making AmFam an employer of choice by fostering an inclusive, magnetic culture and ensuring our brand is authentically reflected in every talent interaction.
Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
