At American Family Insurance, you will lead priorities that support our people and business forward. Specializing in developing our skills infrastructure and intelligence and supporting other talent programs impacting the employee lifecycle-including performance management, employee engagement and retention, career pathing, skills infrastructure and intelligence, and competency management-you will help shape the employee experience at AmFam. You will ensure our organization remains healthy and positioned for long-term success by establishing clear, measurable goals and managing both current delivery and future planning. You will foster a culture of data-informed development, integrating data and customer feedback into program and product decisions. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Programs.
Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office.
