Summary of the Job: About This Role: * Process standard and non-standard consumer credit card applications according to department policies and guidelines. * Review customer account maintenance requests including but not limited to: Credit limit increases, authorized user add/removals, name changes, etc. * Maintain the department's standard Decision and Procedure Accuracy Rating for Credit Underwriter. * Maintain the department's Productivity Standard for Credit Underwriter. * Provide comprehensive and professional customer service while accurately answering incoming customer inquiries from both internal and external customers * Cross-train in functional work areas under the Credit Operations Management team as well as perform Miscellaneous Duties as assigned by management * Understand and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations applicable to this role. * Adhere to the banks BSA/AML program, which includes, but not limited to the customer identification program, customer due diligence policy and completing all BSA /AML training in a timely manner. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Job Qualifications: * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; demonstrate professionalism * Ability to build and develop collaborative working relationships * Excellent attention to detail * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft suite of products * Ability to plan, organize and implement with minimal direction * Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm with some required weekend days throughout the year. * Strong decision-making skills. * Ability to work with confidential information. * Prior exposure/experience with credit card highly desired. * A fast learner who has prior experience working with credit cards Preferred Skills and Abilities (desired not required): * College Degree or equivalent business unit work experience * Knowledge of the First Work System, TBS, ACAPS, ICE, E-Gain * Excellent PC skills desired * Knowledge of Credit Operations procedures, systems and terminology, desire to learn Credit Services functions Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $36,720.00-$58,752.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
