Who You Will Work With You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders across the organization, including Director-level and above, Plant Managers, and cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Quality. This role acts as a liaison and relationship manager, ensuring alignment between technical and business priorities. You'll operate in an environment of change and ambiguity, supporting restructuring efforts and driving best practices with thought leadership. Expect to work with teams that value agility, proactive communication, and executive presence, where your ability to influence, prioritize, and lead with confidence will make a significant impact. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $150,200-$216,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
