Responsible for managing and optimizing value-based care performance, ensuring financial and clinical outcomes align with the hospital's strategic goals. Develops initiatives to improve value-based contracts, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance care quality and financial efficiency.
Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions: -Oversees implementing and managing value-based care initiatives to improve financial performance and patient outcomes. -Analyzes performance data from value-based contracts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. -Collaborates with clinical and financial teams to develop strategies that meet value-based care objectives. -Leads efforts to optimize revenue through effective management of risk-adjusted payments and performance incentives. -Monitors quality and financial metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards. -Provides regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. -Manages relationships with payer partners, negotiating terms and managing expectations to support organizational goals. -Supports care management programs by providing financial insights and guidance on cost-effective strategies. -Drives continuous improvement efforts by implementing best practices in value-based care and reimbursement.
