Position Purpose
The Operations Coordinator, reporting to the AVP, Operations Process Manager, will support the Card Operations team on the successful execution of the strategy set forth for the Bank's OpenSky Credit Card division. This position will be exposed to many facets of Card Operations including coordinating mail pickups and distribution, account research, subpoenas.

• Coordinate the daily operations of mail inventory (pick-up, sorting, organizing, distributing)
• Respond timely following bank policy to comply with subpoenas
• Perform account research in response to questions, problems, or litigation. Provide appropriate level of details based on need and audience
• Handle a variety of routine and non-routine functions to support various OpenSky areas and/or vendors
• Collaborate with business owners to evaluate and recommend process enhancements
• Assist with e-Oscar credit disputes and block notifications as necessary
• Prepare and submit change requests to platform (system settings)
• Monitor credit card plastic inventory and coordinate reorders as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and car for mail pickups
  
  

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Self-driven and detail oriented
• Experience with prioritization of competing tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work successfully with wide variety of people in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and use sound judgement
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
