Aerospace Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) is the organization within Keysight responsible for engaging with A/D customers to define and deliver test solutions that meet their requirements. We seek long-term partner relationships to enable success for our customers and establish Keysight as the dominant provider of A/D test solutions, which include test systems, switch matrices, and SW solutions.


As the leader of the Program Management Office (PMO) you will play an essential role in driving continued success for our employees, customers, and business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of program / project managers, and coordinators who are responsible for driving A/D test solution projects from design to delivery and support (the solution lifecycle), working cross functionally with business development, engineering, and production teams.


Responsibilities

  • Manage resources across the PMO team to ensure projects are staffed appropriately.
  • Oversee the A/D projects being driven by the PMO team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of solutions that meet our customers' requirements.
  • Drive efficient and effective processes across the PMO team to meet quality, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Work cross functionally with ADCS management to ensure projects have the appropriate support, escalations are actively addressed, and the right priorities / trade-offs are taken.
  • Attend and actively participate in proposal reviews as a key stakeholder to ensure incoming deals are achievable.
  • Responsible for ADCS projects hitting revenue and GM goals.
  • Continuously strive to build and improve team capabilities and drive process improvement.
  • Drive strong customer focus during all phases of the solution lifecycle.

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Loveland, Colorado.


Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in engineering is required
  • 5-10+ years of project management and leadership experience
  • 2-5+ years in practical engineering experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing and/or product development role
  • Working knowledge of RF and test systems
  • Experience working with customers is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, Projec

Based on customer requirements, US Citizenship is required, as is the ability to obtain a security clearance

Pay is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $151,800 - MAX $253,000

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
