We're seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead the overall sales strategy for our New York Region. In this high-impact role, you'll champion the Brightview brand, guide community sales teams, and drive results that support our mission of helping seniors live vibrant, fulfilling lives. This region includes a community in Orangeburg, NY as well as two communities on Long Island and multiple communities in Westchester County. It is imperative that this Regional Director of Sales reside within this footprint and be able to travel to communities 4 days per week. Responsibilities
Salary Range USD $155,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role at target and includes a combination of base salary bonus potential. The amount earned will ultimately depend on performance in the position and there is earning potential below and above this range. Additional bonus opportunities are also available for new communities. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience and qualifications, location and size of the community (if relevant), certifications and trainings, etc. Qualifications
