As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. You will conduct routine armed patrols throughout the location, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to a variety of situations with professionalism. This position requires carrying a firearm. Outstanding customer service and communication are essential, as you act as a first point of contact for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor for and report any security-related incidents or hazards within the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and assist employees and visitors as needed.
• Handle access control responsibilities, verifying identification and restricting entry to authorized personnel only.
• Complete post logs and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

*Must have (No Exceptions):

• Active driver's license
• Valid Florida Security License D License and G License

and at least ONE of the following:

• U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or
• Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (120 College Credits)
