Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Development Pipeline and Performance



  • Evaluate new repair opportunities. Ensure and advise on suitable costing and schedules.
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to grow both organically and net new.
  • Support annual NPI budget process and development cost tracking.


Program Performance



  • Develop, document, and implement a standard process, team, and KPI tools for project management. Expertise in schedule, costs, and risks.
  • Provide program updates to various internal and external stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, constraints, and progress in terms of performance to meet business objectives and project KPIs.
  • Ability to hold teams accountable for timeliness, quality, schedule and yield.



Site Engineering Technical Support



  • Subject matter expert in program management and engineering design and manufacturing processes to make decisions and manage complex tasks or problems that impact the business. Has ability to assess quality of information and ask pertinent questions to drive sound program decisions. Able to offer innovative solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.
  • Present business or technical solutions to leaders and customers. Effectively communicate program and technical subjects with ability to work through complex issues to drive to the most effective solution.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Program and Project Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
  • High energy with a passion for making business impacts and leading growth
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change, influence people and provide technical strategic direction
  • Proven experience managing New Product Introduction projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work multiple programs at one time



Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
