| Position Description: |
The University of Iowa Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery is seeking PhD-level faculty for a non-tenure, research track Assistant Professor position in cochlear implant research to support and advance the work of our ECog (Electrocochleography) laboratory. Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.

* PhD in Speech and Hearing Science |
| Required Qualifications: |
* Training and experience in cochlear implant electrophysiology research * Experience with outcomes research, including publication |
| Certifications: |
* Audiology State of Iowa License |
| Desirable Qualifications: |
* Experience participating in NIH funded research |
