Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking experienced Immigration Law Enforcement SME Case Analysts to support Immigration missions. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in immigration law and familiarity with the government systems/databases to determine immigration status. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as an immigration officer in US government.

Key Responsibilities



  • Ability to accurately identify the immigration status of individuals through knowledge of immigration law and systems checks.
  • Evaluating emergency and administrative calls to determine type of response required.


  • Operating a central computerized phone system console to interpret and relay information.


  • Using a multi-phone line communication system to transmit and receive routine and emergency calls.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of federal law enforcement experience within the US government Immigration domain.
  • Experience engaging with federal executives and mission operators.
  • Experience at Headquarters and Field/Regional levels.
  • Strong background in immigration law enforcement systems and data application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing analytical reports or briefings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and adaptability in dynamic environments.


  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be local in the DC metropolitan area and report on-site daily.
  • Shift work environment 24/7 operating schedule rotating shifts.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $70 - $80 hourly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
