KPMG is currently seeking aDirector in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory for our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire ateam of professionals to deliver solutions to clients; develop and implementstrategic plans for the infrastructure consulting practice, ensuring alignmentwith overall business objectives, keeping abreast of industry trends andemerging technologies
  • Serve as the primary pointof contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring highlevels of client satisfaction; understanding client needs and businessobjectives, as well as translate them into actionable strategies and solutions;oversee the development and delivery of proposals, presentations, and projectplans to clients
  • Oversee the planning,execution, and delivery of engagements, ensuring projects are completed ontime, within scope, and within budget; monitor continuous project progress,conduct regular status meetings, and provide transparent reporting to clientsand stakeholders; implement best practices in project management, qualityassurance, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Guide the design andimplementation of solutions, leveraging industry best practices and advancedtechnologies; ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned withclients' business goals and technical requirements
  • Identify new businessopportunities within the infrastructure domain and develop strategies to growthe practice; build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts andrepresent the company at industry events and conferences; collaborate with the salesand marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-marketstrategies
  • Develop and implementstandard operating procedures, and best practices for consulting engagements;evaluate continuously and improve processes, tools, and methodologies toenhance efficiency and effectiveness; manage the financial performance of theconsulting practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitabilityanalysis

Qualifications:

    • Minimum eight years of recent experience in construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in major power and utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, or public and private sector projects
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, operations management, or a related; Professional Engineer, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma preferred
    • Client coordination, subcontractor management for full life cycle construction projects including planning and work breakdown structures, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, project reporting, and project closeout
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships
    • Willingness and ability to travel; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
