Responsibilities The Benefits Manager oversees the daily operations and administration of Bancroft's employee benefit programs.. This role ensures benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The Benefits Manager collaborates with leadership, vendors, and HR teams to enhance employee engagement, streamline benefits processes, and support the overall business strategy. Benefits Strategy & Program Management
Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, leave, and voluntary plans.
