- Independently create compelling design concepts, including mock-ups, prototypes, and models, to inform product ideation and user research.
- Proactively conduct user research to gather insights that directly shape design decisions.
- Drive significant contributions to the development and evolution of a holistic design process, system, or language across multiple teams and products.
- Collaborate on design and testing processes, building consensus and generating support for a clear design vision among partners.
- Develop innovative design solutions that address user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.
- Skillfully adapt to evolving design constraints, clearly articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Apply and adapt established UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems to create seamless user experiences.
- Utilize standard design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, and create prototypes tailored to specific product or platform requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
- Iteratively refine designs based on UX testing and feedback from partners and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
- Engage stakeholders effectively to align on product design and achieve strategic goals.
- Champion design strategy across various partners, communicating approaches and proactively addressing challenges.
- Leverage and propose key data and metrics to evaluate the impact of design solutions.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape through collaborative team efforts.
- Plan and prioritize design work across multiple projects, effectively communicating priorities to team members.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into implementation, managing specifications like design specs and product models.
- Contribute to the expansion of design responsibilities within the immediate product team by identifying new opportunities with partners.
- Analyze and anticipate user needs in collaboration with others, identifying complex problems with strategic, product, or technological solutions.
