A Day in the Life As a District Service & Parts Manager (DSPM), you'll be the trusted partner helping dealers deliver world-class service experiences that keep Toyota owners coming back again and again. You'll strengthen every aspect of fixed operations, including service, parts, and collision, by helping your stores move Fast, operate Transparently, and create experiences that simply Feel Good for customers and teams alike. Here's how you will make an impact: Drive Service Growth & Retention
- Champion a culture of customer loyalty by helping dealers understand and act on key retention drivers that turn every service visit into a lasting relationship.
- Analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities and guide corrective actions that improve both service volume and customer experience.
- Provide hands-on coaching and training (in-store, virtual, or through process improvement sessions) to help teams work smarter and faster.
- Support GST's retention initiatives and ensure every store delivers a consistent, trusted Toyota service experience.
Promote Marketing Strategies that Move the Needle
- Bring GST's Fixed Operations marketing programs to life by helping dealers use campaigns and promotions to boost service and parts sales.
- Ensure each dealer understands, adopts, and executes marketing strategies effectively and with measurable results.
- Connect GST's marketing vision with dealer execution, keeping efforts simple, timely, and results oriented.
Accelerate Parts Growth & Inventory Health
- Identify parts growth opportunities across both retail and wholesale channels and help dealers create action plans to capture them.
- Guide dealers in using Toyota wholesale tools to build new business and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor inventory health to ensure the right mix of parts is available in order to reduce backorders and aging stock while improving off-the-shelf fill rates.
Expand Collision Center Excellence
- Spot opportunities for new or expanded collision centers in your district and help dealers build compelling business cases for investment.
- Promote Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) certification by identifying strong candidates and guiding them through the certification process.
- Share TCCC best practices to elevate operational performance and customer confidence, even in non-certified facilities.
- Strengthen the connection between parts, service, and collision operations to create a seamless "One Toyota" experience.
As a DSPM, you are more than a field representative. You're a coach, consultant, and catalyst for dealer success. Through collaboration and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring every dealer in your district delivers service and parts experiences that are Fast, Transparent, and genuinely Feel Good for customers, employees, and the Toyota brand. What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- 5-7 years
- Must be willing to relocate and/or live in the assigned Gulf States Toyota Region (Oklahoma).
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to teach and facilitate learning
- Demonstrate self-management, time management, and process management skills
- Demonstrate problem solving and performance analysis skills
- Ability to influence others (negotiating skills, persuasiveness, & tenacity to follow)
- Ability to promote, coordinate, and drive change
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical and Environmental Requirements The job requires significant domestic travel. As a result, the duties for this position occur in various places including, but not limited to an office environment, car dealerships, and semi-industrial settings. The associate will regularly be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level for this position will vary and the associate may be exposed to loud noise levels.
