Join our Occupational Health team as a Clinical Nurse RN - Occupational Health Care Coordinator and make an impact on the health and well-being of our workforce. In this role, you'll provide care and case management for patients with acute and chronic illnesses - including COVID, Flu, and RSV - within both ambulatory and call center settings. You'll also play a key role in program development, onboarding, and interdisciplinary teamwork - making this an exciting opportunity for an RN ready to grow, collaborate, and lead with purpose. What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care - assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery support.
  • Coordinate testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long-term care and administrative reporting.
  • Support research and safety programs, including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.
  • Lead and assist with onboarding of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.
  • Collaborate across teams - patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues - to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence-based care.
Core Values in Action
