Linen Aide Part time 5:30am-2:00pm Benefit Eligible This position is responsible for providing clean linen to all patient areas on the main campus and off sites. Job Functions Distributes clean linen and maintains PAR levels for patient areas on main campus and all off site locations. Washes and dries specialty linen items in house. Documents daily distribution points usage. Orders daily clean linen from vendor. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Work Experience High school graduate or equivalent Attention to detail Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Ability to work autonomously and as a team Ability to perform strenuous work under time constraints Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in the English language and respond accordingly in order to complete job functions as mentioned above License/Certifications Preferred Qualifications Previous linen distribution experience in a hospital setting Link to Employee Health Physical Demands
