As part of the Learning and Organizational Development team, you will help carry out employee engagement, lifecycle, and learning surveys. You'll assist with survey setup, data analysis, and reporting, working closely with experienced team members for guidance. What you'll do:
- Gain Project Experience:
- Support survey design and distribution efforts for employee surveys (engagement, onboarding, exit, etc.) and learning evaluations.
- Participate in project meetings and observe client interactions to understand applied practice.
- Administrative Work:
- Data Management: Assist with data cleaning, coding, and integrating with other tools.
- Projects / Assignments:
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
- Familiarity with the following data collection and management tools is helpful but not required; training and guidance will be provided.
- Qualtrics
- Viva Glint
BI dashboards
- Proficient in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (or related field).
- Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to Detail: Review data and written work carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze information objectively and identify patterns.
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team-first collaborator, the ability to communicate with clarity and kindness, take feedback, own mistakes, and treat teammates and partners with respect.
- Anticipate needs and take action to support team goals.
- Adapt to new tools, methods, and approaches in a changing environment.
- Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a project-based setting.
- Local candidates preferred. Must be willing and able to work in our Omaha office.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Attention to detail a must
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
