The Project Coordinator supports one or more Project Managers and plays a key role in organizing and managing project documentation throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient systems for storing, organizing, and retrieving project records, including drawings, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and related materials. In addition to document control responsibilities, the Project Coordinator may provide broader project support as needed, such as coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and assisting internal stakeholders with project information requests. The Project Coordinator upholds all safety compliance standards in accordance with PSE's operational and field procedures, actively promoting a culture of total safety. The role also requires commitment to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in alignment with PSE's core values and Code of Conduct, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory obligations.
