Lubbock Administrative Assistant 42935BR Northwest Texas SBDC Region Position Description Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. About the Department and/or College The Program Coordinator for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is responsible for providing coordination of SBDC services and programs under direct supervision of the SBDC Center Director. The Program Coordinator will assist with incoming phone calls and emails, client assessments and scheduling, the development and scheduling of training activities, maintaining a database related to SBDC clients and programs, and the timely submission of reports and communications about SBDC activities to the NWTSBDC Region Office and others. Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications Completion of high school or the equivalent. Five years office experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
