Job Summary:

ATI Specialty Rolled Products (SRP) produces and markets a wide range of specialty metals, including stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium to end use markets such as; aerospace, defense, power generation and industrial applications. We deliver exceptional products and service to customers around the world, every day.

We are currently seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for SRP based in Natrona Heights, PA, reporting to the Sr. Director Finance. In this role, you will be the "Go-To" resource for the Senior Finance Director from a forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis perspective and will have considerable interaction with and visibility to the entire Senior Leadership team.

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical leadership role in shaping SRP's financial strategy, driving performance insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. This person leads the planning, forecasting, and analytical functions to ensure financial goals are achieved. You'll lead a team that develops financial models, conducts business analyses, and delivers executive-level reporting - serving as the bridge between financial results and operational performance.

Responsibilities



  • Lead the annual operating plan, multi-year strategic plan, and monthly forecast process.
  • Drive standardization and consistency in reporting, metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the FP&A business partner for the ATI France entity and the Shanghai STAL joint venture
  • Operate as a key finance contributor to the Oracle ERP transformation project
  • Deliver forward-looking insights, variance analyses, and trend reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to align forecasts and financial targets to assumptions and functional inputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and analytical tools.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing business direction through data-driven insights.
  • Support Sr. Director, Finance and other requests, as required


Basic qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, or related areas.
  • Expert-level financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills-able to turn analysis into executive-level insights.
  • Team Oriented, Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment



Preferred Qualifications



  • MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Sector
  • Prior leadership experience managing an FP&A team.
