The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Lead to drive impactful insights that accelerate growth within the Adobe Experience Cloud! This role will partner cross-functionally to advance strategic priorities across the product and go-to-market organizations. As part of the Digital Experience Enterprise Finance team, play a pivotal role driving top-line growth, delivering innovation, and influencing decision making.

What You'll Do

  • Thought leadership and partnership with Senior Product Marketing & Product Management leaders and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, direction, and influence across matrix product lines and offerings.
  • Support business case modeling with in-depth, data driven analysis and provide guidance on business impact for critical initiatives. Develop models and thrive in a constantly evolving environment to support emerging offerings and maintain financial standards in the exploration of new opportunities.
  • Drive topline strategic financial planning from a long term, product focused lens, setting the roadmap for Adobe's continued growth.
  • Subject Matter Expert, owning deep inspection of the business: Scale financial 'run the business' reporting, workstreams, and critical metrics to measure ongoing business health. Deliver insights into the 'why', recommendations, and story behind business performance, risks, & opportunities.
  • Drive scale, automation, and collaboration within your team and cross-functionally, leveraging generative AI tools. We are committed to establishing best-in-class cadences and drive efficiency and impact across the business.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Previous experience supporting topline for subscription/SaaS products.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, connects across products and teams, and develops strategies, and new ways of approaching business challenges. Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive creative ways of working across the organization.
  • Passion for learning! We influence and seek top talent to help us reach our goals.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience in PowerBI, Tableau, AI tools are preferred. Expert in managing large data sets across multiple sources.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, effective in articulating key business implications, and translating data into strategic insights.
  • Strong ability to independently manage several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguous business challenges.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • 8-10 years of FP&A (or related) experience required
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,700 -- $228,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
