FMS Analyst

LOCATION: Huntsville, AL

JOB STATUS: Full-time

CLEARANCE: Secret

TRAVEL: <10% International Travel

Axient is seeking an FMS Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.

Provide program support from case development to closure including maintaining program management documentation, budgetary and financial tracking, and scheduling for customer in a high visibility and fast-paced program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Up to 10% international travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Program Management, or similar program
  • 3-5 years of experience in DoD
  • Microsoft Project with WBS IAW MIL-STD 881
  • Experience in scheduling and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of Army writing style
  • Defense Security Cooperation University Level 1 training

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule for cases and programs in Microsoft Project
  • Develop training and equipment lists for SSCI initiatives with DSCA and COCOM program manager input.
  • Collaborate with different offices to develop consolidated efforts as part of the integration team
  • Build FMS Cases including manpower funding requirements utilizing MTDS database with the understanding of the constraints of funding types.
  • Develop pricing requests and reconcile OEM pricing ROMs and proposals based on Letters of Request
  • Attend and schedule required meetings including internal, IPTs, industry collaboration, requirement definition with respective countries, and international conferences
  • Develop correspondence in accordance with AR 25-50 including memorandums and technical briefings based on Letters of Request, RFIs and internal taskings
  • Prepare correspondence and briefings for Foreign Disclosure
  • Provide input and necessary documentation required for Contracts Requirements Packages (CRPs), to include but not limited to, Statements of Work (SOWs), Contracts Data Requirements Listings (CDRLs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), SSEBs, Technical Evaluations, Evaluation Criteria, etc.
