What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company-providing accurate, courteous, and professional assistance to contract owners, agents, and third parties. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency and empathy. * Understanding customer needs, researching issues, and delivering clear solutions. * Explaining life and annuity products in a way that's easy to understand. * Processing transactions accurately and on time. * Building lasting relationships by going the extra mile. * Keeping detailed records of interactions in our system. * Collaborating with your team to meet service and quality goals. Requirements * High School Diploma or GED. * At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred). * Ability to work onsite downtown Des Moines * Familiarity with life insurance and annuities is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
