General Summary: Ritter Communications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our RightFiber team. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives on face-to-face customer engagement, excels in persuasive communication, passionate about delivering cutting-edge fiber internet solutions to residential customers and that can exceed sales quotas. Essential Job Functions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; two to three years of experience in direct sales within the telecommunications or IT services industries is preferred but not required.
