Moog Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a Global Operations Transformation Manager (CAM).

You will directly report to the Commercial Aircraft Group 80/20 Sr. Manager (CAM), you will be responsible to manage and execute the global Aircraft Group Operational Footprint and Focused Factory Strategy.

As a Global Operations Transformation Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for the following...

  • Work with CAG Leadership team to develop the Focused Factory strategy for CAG CAM.

  • Develop future state operational footprint of the CAG CAM organization aligned with the break through objectives.

  • Manage the planning, execution and sustainment of projects related to Focused Factories.

  • Manage and provide oversight to project budgets.

  • Develop and implement the CAG future production vision including identifying opportunities in automation and vertical integration.

  • Standardize workflow processes, metrics and flow across the Focused Factories.

  • Work with the Global Transitions Manager to develop Make v Buy Strategies to support business profitability.

To be considered for the Global Operations Transformation Manager (CAM) will need the following...

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business.

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience leading complex projects.

  • Proven track record of leading change and driving improvement projects.

  • Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to engage the right organizational resources to quickly and effectively resolve problems.

  • Ability to demonstrate an appropriate balance of strong process leadership and relationship building.

  • Proven capabilities in managing and working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.

  • Experience in budgeting and cost control management.

  • Must be a strong leader of people and team builder, as well as an excellent communicator at all levels both internally and externally

  • Demonstrated history of building effective relationships with customers (both internally and externally)

  • Possess strong analytical abilities and be able to prioritize, coordinate and manage complex operational issues and processes

  • Excellent working knowledge of business systems/processes

  • Must be able to influence all AG functions that impact operations

  • Travel - 10-15% including international.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $105,000.00-$155,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
