In this role, you'll provide classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure aircraft maintenance teams have the training, skills, and confidence to keep every aircraft mission-ready. • Deliver classroom instruction covering aircraft systems, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
  
• Develop training materials, presentations, and handouts to support formal instruction.
  
• Conduct hands-on practical demonstrations in aircraft maintenance.
  
• Travel to field bases to conduct on-site training (approximately 40% travel).
  
• Manage and properly dispose of training-related documentation.
  
• Implement training programs as outlined in the Maintenance Training Manual.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Travel required: 40%
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic Certificate required.
  
• Willingness to obtain an Inspection Authorization (IA) within one year.
  
• Minimum of five (5) years of helicopter maintenance experience.
  
• Familiarity with AAIP aircraft models or similar types preferred.
  
• Graduate of manufacturer training programs preferred.
  
• Strong communication and English proficiency.
  
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Working knowledge of RAMCO preferred.
  
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
