Production Coordinator

Purpose of the Job

This opportunity is in our Kenosha warehouse front office to manage the day-to-day orders for our client. The person in this role will review order request against information in Excel tracking document and confirm or deny order.

This position will be based in our office in Kenosha, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Review on-line catalog orders placed multiple times per day




• Compare available allocated inventory against the order placed to ensure the order can be approved.
• If the person who places that order does not own the inventory requested the order will be escalated to the HHG Remy Account Production Coordinator (Account PC).




• For approved orders, this person will denote the order quantity on the inventory tracking document and approve the order.
• The inventory allocation quantities will be managed on-going via the manual tracking document. Accuracy will be critical.
• After orders have been shipped an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) email is sent that includes the Tracking Number(s) for each order. This person will use the ASN email to enter the Tracking in each order.
• Other data entry / data management duties will be assigned based on workload and available bandwidth.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Execute formulas such as
• Able to create pivot tables




• Familiarity in Smartsheet is a plus.
• Must have superior attention to detail.
• Candidate will be trained in proprietary software systems to manage and execute tasks.
