Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Crew Coach for Student Affairs - Recreation.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Assists in the day-to-day leadership, administration, and supervision of a comprehensive and competitive crew club program.
- Supports the broader Club Sports Program and contribute to summer camp operations if needed, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Rutgers Recreation Department.
- Works closely with Crew coach to provide leadership, vision, administration, and supervision of a comprehensive Men's Crew Program in support and alignment with the Recreation Department Strategic Plan.
- Handles program and student development, assessment, scheduling, risk and fiscal management, revenue generation, and department support.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least three (3) years of rowing experience at the collegiate level.

| Certifications/Licenses |
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification or the ability to obtain it within the first six months of employment.
- A valid driver's license would be required for this position.
- Access to a vehicle and ability to pass the Defensive Driving course within the first 90 days of employment.
