Build Your Future with The Raymond Group: An Extraordinary Career Awaits!

The Raymond Group has been building the future for more than 89 years.  We started as one of Southern California’s original lath and plaster companies and have become one of the wall and ceiling industry's leading full service, design-assist, specialty finish and theming contractors.  We helped build some of the first planned residential communities in the country.  We were part of the teams that built some of the most iconic buildings from Hawaii to Connecticut and as far away as Hong Kong.  And we continue to be part of the teams that are working on premier projects, building on that legacy of excellence.

Our passion is as strong today as it was nearly a century ago about building unique and exciting projects and, most importantly, our people.  We have cultivated a collaborative, family-oriented work environment where every employee can thrive and achieve work-life balance.  Our core values – respect, integrity, trust, and teamwork – aren’t just words; they are the foundation of our culture.

Why settle for ordinary … when you can work for an extraordinary company.

Launch your future with Raymond.  Be a vital part of an award-winning organization that is committed to building communities, not just buildings.  Here your contributions matter, your growth is valued, and you join an elite team of professionals with a nearly century-old legacy of excellence.
