Field As a Facility/Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, compliance programs, and environmental performance to ensure the highest safety and regulatory standards are met. This role combines hands-on leadership with regulatory and environmental oversight. You'll collaborate with management, compliance, and operations teams to maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant facility performance. What You'll Do Environmental & Compliance Oversight
Ensure compliance with EPA, TCEQ, ATF, and other environmental regulations.
Maintain permits, documentation, and reporting for local and federal agencies.
Support internal/external audits and drive corrective action plans.
Conduct and coordinate environmental training for employees and contractors.
Monitor and improve environmental management systems.
Operations & Supervision
Supervise and guide onsite staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to SLB standards.
Support daily site operations (including light manual labor and equipment operation).
Implement LEAN and quality control programs to improve processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility environment.
Explosive Safety Officer Responsibilities
Oversee storage, inventory, and transportation of authorized explosives.
Maintain compliance with SLB Explosives Safety Program standards.
Conduct facility safety self-assessments and maintain required records.
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in environmental waste management or related fields.
Working knowledge of EPA, TCEQ, ATF, and TSDF standards.
Experience with environmental compliance and safety management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work both in an office (75%) and hands-on in the field (25%).
Comfortable operating small equipment such as forklifts and trucks.
