What to Expect As a Process Engineer for Site Survey (also known as Site Audit) within the Business Process Engineering Team at Tesla, you will lead the development and maintenance of the site survey process. This critical role involves overseeing the process where Tesla representatives visit prospective customers' homes to collect vital data such as site measurements, electrical setups, roof conditions, and utility details, enabling the creation of customized energy system designs. You will monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. Your efforts will drive reduced costs, ensure high-quality products, and enhance customer satisfaction on their journey toward energy independence. This role is open to all Residential Direct Energy installation offices or Resi Direct HQ offices (e.g. Palo Alto, Draper).
