Job Title:Sr. Executive Assistant II

Location: Dallas

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive and their broader team. This role demands strong business judgment, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and is comfortable interacting across all organizational levels.

What You Will Do:

  • Candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize incoming requests, and work with initiative without requiring close supervision.
  • Individuals will be involved with a large range of contacts ranging from entry level to extremely high-level and may be exposed to sensitive information requiring discretion and good judgment.
  • Responsible for managing schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls for Executive and supporting Team for the Executive. Including coordinating the planning of meetings and gatherings to include room preparation and catering
  • Responsible for preparing confidential communication and maintaining files and communications for assigned Executive. Provides administrative support and coordination for Board and Committee meetings
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating frequent domestic and international travel arrangements. Responsible for entering and completing expense reports on the Executives behalf
  • Manage on-boarding of a dynamic & changing workforce, manage space challenges, as well as assisting with special projects as required.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost secrecy
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
  • Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the individuals and the business
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense
  • Calm under pressure, sense of humor and good with people
  • Experience onboarding new employees and training new team members

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $100,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
