Night Lead Custodian

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Night Lead Custodian at Richfield Middle School. This position will provide effective, ongoing work direction for the evening/night custodial staff assigned and perform custodial/minor maintenance responsibilities as scheduled or required to maintain the school and grounds in a condition of operating excellence for full educational and community use. Qualifications:

• High School or GED equivalent and at least five years' experience in a comparable school building and grounds operation and maintenance.
• State of Minnesota 2-C boiler licensure preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, security, fire protection and other building systems.
• Demonstrate strength and stamina to perform all the physical lifting and moving of equipment, materials and supplies required.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly and correctly monitor, troubleshoot operating systems or physical plant problems and perform or get assistance with corrective measures.

FTE: 1.0 FTE / 8 Hours - 12 Months

Pay Rate: $24.05- $29.07 (Based on experience)
