Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for quality, teamwork, and manufacturing excellence?

Carley Foundry is seeking a Foundry Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd Shift Drysand Foundry Production Operations. In this role, you'll manage production teams, maintain compliance with CWI work instructions, and ensure adherence to ISO and Nadcap certification standards - all while driving performance and delivering world-class castings to our customers.


What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support production employees to achieve the highest quality workmanship
  • Ensure employees are trained to properly operate equipment and follow work instructions
  • Manage employee timecards, scheduling, reviews, time-off requests, and disciplinary actions
  • Organize manpower and workflow to meet or exceed master production schedules
  • Track and report production metrics including efficiency, quantities, scrap, material usage, and labor hours
  • Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the department
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Maintenance, and Pattern Shop to ensure materials and equipment are ready for production
  • Assist in troubleshooting and developing recovery plans for technical issues
  • Establish and maintain process controls to ensure consistent and efficient operations



What We're Looking For

  • Two-year or four-year degree, or equivalent supervisory or management experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage production teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment preferred
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $65,000 to $80,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.

Hours Per Week: 2nd Shift- 2pm-10pm, 40-45 hours
