We're looking for a Site Quality Lead to champion quality assurance at our manufacturing site - someone who thrives in a regulated environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of GMP compliance.

our Role: Site Quality Lead

As the Site Quality Lead, you will be the quality authority at the site, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and internal standards. You will:

• Lead daily GMP inspections and quality checks across manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Review and approve batch records, test results, and production documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Drive adherence to cGMP, data integrity, and Part 11 compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Serve as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) and ensure ALARA principles are followed.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and lead CAPA initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and champion continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and industry best practices.
• Experience with PET radiopharmaceuticals is a strong asset.
