Vertical Mill Operator

• 2 years of experience operating vertical mills, lathes, or similar CNC/machine tools.
• A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately.
• A team-focused mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Sharp eye to keep quality solid.
• Stamina to lift and stand through the shift.
• Team player who shows up and works safe.

• Setting up and operating vertical mill machines, including loading/unloading and adjusting machine settings.
• Polishing, grinding, and packing finished parts to meet quality specifications.
• Performing routine inspections and making minor adjustments as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
