  • Prepare and review documentation, including commodity classifications, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Keep current with U.S. import tariffs, import permits (e.g., FCC for communications commodities), and global trade rules.
  • Manage trade-regulatory inquiries and train internal teams on compliance procedures and best practices.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
  • Resolve shipping and customs declaration issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze logistics performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with global suppliers.
  • Maintain data and generate reports on trade compliance and logistics metrics for senior management.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or customs brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. import/customs regulations and global trade procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: experience in electronics manufacturing, familiarity with Incoterms, FTZ operations, global suppliers, and multilingual skills (e.g., Chinese or Spanish). Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CCS, CUSECO) is a plus.

You'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, flexible spending accounts, and more.
