The Gift Shop Associate will be responsible for coordinating restaurant operations and managing the sales of home goods merchandise at the gift shop. The job also entails taking guest orders and assigning them to tables, answering phone calls, checking voicemails, and returning calls to make reservations and answer questions. The Restaurant Coordinator will be expected to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, hostesses, check-in personnel, and servers to ensure smooth restaurant operation. The ideal candidate must have experience in retail sales and merchandising and must be neat in appearance, project a positive image, and be able to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating schedule as required.
