Make it Happen at Hopkins!

Make a lasting impact by leading a program that ensures uninsured patients receive the care they need. As Director of The Access Partnership (TAP), you'll oversee a unique Johns Hopkins initiative that connects patients without access to insurance to vital specialty care through our hospitals and community clinic partners in Baltimore. In this role, you'll set strategic goals, guide operations, and build partnerships that break down barriers to care. You'll also lead efforts to align policies, strengthen data management, and expand access through public programs, 340B, and pharmacy assistance resources. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to health equity and compassionate care for the most vulnerable in our community.

TAP's mission is to improve access to effective, compassionate, evidence-based medical care for uninsurable patients with demonstrated financial need. Our program is not health insurance; it is a charitable care program for patients with no access to insurance through work, school, or public or private programs.
