CLA is currently seeking an Investor Services Associate to join our Fund Administration group in one of our Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West office. Job Responsibilities: *Main point of contact for investor services aspect of client relationships *Compile, organize, and input investor information *Process investor subscription documents and follow up as necessary *Process and disseminate investor capital activity documents *Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of investor portals *Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings *Train and develop incoming team members Job Requirements: *1 year experience in Investor Services or related field, ideally with a fund administrator. *Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
