Production Supervisor - $30.49/hr. | Toledo, OH

Shift: Must be available to work any shift, including overtime as required

Pay: $30.49 per hour

What You'll Do



  • Lead and develop hourly team members in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment by enforcing company and regulatory standards.
  • Meet daily production goals by coordinating manpower, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Champion Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles and implement lean manufacturing practices.
  • Proactively address quality KPIs, identify root causes, and guide team leaders to solutions.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and a culture of accountability and respect.



What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership ability with experience leading teams or projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 100% onsite role


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a unionized setting
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
  • Experience with Google Suite software
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
