Position Overview

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Implementation Partner to drive process excellence and champion quality initiatives across operations for one of our manufacturing clients in the St. Louis area. This role combines hands-on training, event coordination, and data-driven analysis to create meaningful, measurable improvements.

As a key member of our CI and Quality team, you'll lead Kaizen and 5S events, reinforce Lean practices, and help strengthen a culture of continuous improvement - ensuring quality standards are both achieved and understood throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver and reinforce quality and process training across departments



  • Track and analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities



  • Support internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions



  • Plan, facilitate, and document Kaizen, 5S, and other Lean events



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements



  • Maintain communication and calendars for CI and quality activities



  • Ensure alignment across shifts and departments to sustain improvements



  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools



  • Analyze trends and share actionable insights with leadership



  • Support ERP and system-based tracking (e.g., Microsoft D365)




Qualifications


  • Experience in quality assurance, Lean, or continuous improvement (manufacturing experience preferred)



  • Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills



  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems



  • Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies



  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
