Position Summary
Pepper Construction is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll oversee MEP systems, ensuring every component is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll collaborate closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal partners to drive innovation and efficiency throughout each phase of the project. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
