Position Summary

Pepper Construction is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll oversee MEP systems, ensuring every component is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll collaborate closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal partners to drive innovation and efficiency throughout each phase of the project. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee mission-critical MEP projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery at every stage.
  • Coordinate and manage all MEP systems, with special emphasis on electrical, maintaining strict compliance with design intent, project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Build trust and collaboration among subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Uphold and enforce Pepper's safety and quality standards across all phases of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on schedule, budget, and project goals.
  • Contribute to preconstruction efforts as needed, including early-stage budgeting, design coordination, and subcontractor buyout.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects exceed satisfaction.
  • Mentor, manage, and empower direct reports to maximize performance and engagement. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects with extensive electrical system involvement and full MEP integration.
  • Strong background in electrical systems complemented by broad knowledge of MEP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage mission-critical projects successfully.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders and subcontractors.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
