As the Director of Construction Support, you'll lead the strategy and execution behind all readiness, enablement, and sustainment functions that power our internal construction program. Your leadership will ensure our teams-and the tools, materials, and systems they rely on-are always prepared to deliver with precision, safety, and speed. You'll oversee critical support areas including splicing operations, fleet, tools, training, maintenance, materials, and forecasting of service address delivery. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and scalability, you'll build and refine the processes that keep our construction efforts running smoothly and sustainably. In this role you will also partner closely with the Director of Construction Operations to align readiness with field execution-ensuring that every project is set up for success from day one. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ states in which TDS operates; however, the ideal candidate will live in one of TDS' out-of-territory markets. Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of all Construction Support and Splicing operations. Ensures the Construction organization has the equipment, training, tooling, materials, and splicing capacity required to meet production, quality, and service address delivery targets. Partners with the Construction Operations Director to forecast address readiness and to ensure construction enablement aligns with build schedules.
