Your Day at the Plant Cross-train in all departments and duties. Inspect garments for defects in finishing or embroidery. Review raw materials through visual examinations to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Use robotic systems to pick orders for production or shipping. Prepare and pack orders for shipment. Engrave jewelry and apply monogram decals to products.
