As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol Full-Time in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting healthcare staff, visitors, and patients as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns or incidents at the location.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the healthcare environment, adapting to changing situations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
