As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will support a positive experience for everyone onsite. You will interact with staff and visitors, respond to incidents, and use technology such as computers or tablets as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a technology, media, and telecom environment.
• Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, utilizing problem-solving skills.
• Support emergency response activities as needed according to site instructions and procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of observations, patrols, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with site personnel and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
