Team Lead

Giroux Orchards, LLC, operating as Chazy Orchards in Chazy, NY, is actively seeking multiple motivated Team Leads to join our dynamic team. The Team Leads will be responsible for overseeing essential tasks such as the harvesting, storing, packing, and shipping of high-quality apples grown right on our farm. This role encompasses not only supervising the day-to-day activities but also actively participating in tree maintenance to ensure optimal fruit production.

Additionally, the Team Leads will supervise and assist in the operation of various machinery and equipment necessary for the successful functioning of the orchards. Candidates are required to have at least two years of experience working on a farm, understanding the demands and rewards of agricultural work. The ability to lift and carry loads of up to 80 lbs is essential, in addition to performing repetitive movements and extensive walking throughout the day.

Team Leads will need to demonstrate resilience by working in fields during all weather conditions, accepting the challenges that come with outdoor work.
